RFID Card based Attendance machine PRIME PTA4

Introduction:-PRIME PTA4 is a RFID Card based time attendance machine. It is intended for atomization of attendance work in a company/office. Each employee is issued a contact less RFID card & is enrolled with the PTA4. At arrival & at exit time, employee needs to show the card to PTA4. There are audio/visual indications on the PTA4 to differentiate between enrolled & not enrolled employees. Each in & out entries of the enrolled employee are stored in the machine with the date & time Stamping.
Later on, the PTA4 can be connected with a computer & the attendance record (log) can be downloaded from machine to the PC, using the time attendance software supplied with PTA4. The downloaded record can be used for making reports & analyzing necessary attendance related functions e.g. making attendance record, employee leave record, employee late coming & early going reports etc. Also, time based in/out reports can be generated for use as an input for salary calculation by payroll software
